SHIPPING
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed over the weekend or a national holiday will be dispatched the following business day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. If you have questions related to customs charges please contact your local customs office.
RETURNS
You can begin a return within 14 days of purchase. Please return items in original condition they were received, unworn and with all branded packaging. Items marked 'sale' are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending back returns. If there is a mistake or your item is damaged/defective on the part of CitizenCaine Jewelry, the customer will happily be reimbursed. Please note, we will need to be notified within 48 hours of item(s) received to be reimbursed. Pictures are required for proof of damage.
